The Woollahra Municipal Council has released a media statement regarding the Bay Street, Double Bay subsidence. An attending Sydney Water truck has been lodged in the hole. As a result, water services and multiple Telstra services have ceased operation.
Update 9:16 am: The road is being re-surfaced. The expectation is to have Bay Street Double bay, re-opened by the end of the day.
