The Woollahra Local Planning Panel will be considering a Planning Proposal for a new 12 storey residential/commercial development at 136 -148 New South Head Road, Edgecliff on Friday 22 April at 1 pm. You may want to send in Late Correspondence or register to speak. Here's a link to the Agenda.
As you probably know, 136 is the home of JOM photography and a listed Heritage Item in the Woollahra LEP. Whilst the building will be retained, it will be all but swallowed up by the surrounding development including:
Forty-one apartments
Three levels of basement parking accessed off Darling Point Road, with capacity for 77 car spaces and eight motorcycle spaces.
