Woollahra Section 7.12 Development Contributions Plan 2021
The approved plan, adopted by Council on 26 July 2021, applies to the entire Woollahra local government area. It authorizes a condition on a development consent (or complying development certificate), requiring the applicant to pay to the Council a levy.
