The Woollahra Municipal Council approved a special rate variation at the Extraordinary Council meeting 17 October 2022 of up to 13.7% which is yet to go to the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) and if approved by IPART the rate variation could take effect from 1 July 2023.
