The WMC has commenced the Review of the Double Bay Planning Controls starting 16/03/2022

The Woollahra Municipal Council has opened the Review of the Double Bay Planning Controls from 16th March 2022 to 6th May 2022.

The review includes:

1. Draft Double Bay Centre Planning and Urban Design Strategy (Draft Strategy)

2. Double Bay Transport Study

3. Draft Double Bay Community Impact Statement
